 پراگ، ۳۱ فروردین ماه ۱۳۸۸ اعلامیه ریاست از طرف اتحادیه اروپا در مورد حکم دوشیزه رکسانا صابری اتحادیه اروپا درباره حکم صادره از دادگاه انقلاب ایران در تاریخ ۲۹ فروردین ماه ۱۳۸۸ علیه دوشیزه رکسانا صابری به دلیل اقامه جاسوسی عمیقا نگران است. به نظر اتحادیه اروپا می رسد که روند دادگاه قضایی دوشیزه رکسانا صابری مطابق استانداردهای یک محاکمه عادلانه و شفاف نبوده است. اتحادیه اروپا به فوریت از مقامات ایرانی خواستار آزادسازی دوشیزه صابری می باشد. اتحادیه اروپا همچنان موکدا از جمهوری اسلامی ایران ایفاء تعهد به تمامی ابزارهای بین المللی حقوق بشر مصوب ایران را خواستار می گردد، به ویژه میثاق بین المللی حقوق سیاسی و مدنی و اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، که هر دو حق برخورداری از محاکمه عادلانه را متعهد می گردند. Prague, 20th April 2009 Declaration by the Presidency on behalf of the EU concerning the sentence of Miss Roxana Saberi The European Union is deeply concerned about the sentence pronounced by the Iranian Revolutionary Court on 18 April 2009 against Miss Roxana Saberi for alleged espionage. The European Union considers that the judicial process with Miss Saberi did not meet the standards of a fair and transparent trial. The EU urgently calls on the Iranian authorities to release Miss Saberi. The European Union continues to urge the Islamic Republic of Iran to comply with all international human rights instruments ratified by Iran, especially with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and Universal Declaration of Human Rights which both guarantee the right to fair trial. |
